"The question birth-keepers face is: 'how can we create web of safety around the expectant mother, so that she may let go and give birth?”
We humans have learned through traumas, large and small, to hold on. Yet, only by letting go to do we cross the bridge into motherhood.
Tapping for Birth is a technique of allowing people to perceive the threat, and let it go.
It is non-analytical, meaning that the story and traumas are not repeated, which prevents further trauma.
When Lianne’s method of tapping is used as part of prenatal care, most pregnancy discomforts can be released, and optimal health restored.
Tapping for Birth prepares the mother to come to childbirth feeling deeply safe.
She can let down her guard, unbuild the fortress, allow her oxytocin to flow, and arrive for her childbirth experience dressed in her authentic self, ready to open and become a mother, as nature intended it."

Group online workshops
Weekly 60 minute workshop-style live calls
During these calls, I'll be sharing my 20+ years of wisdom in working with the tools of energy psychology.
You'll have the opportunity to learn and experience tapping in all the ways it can be used.
It's not just about learning: it's about your own inner transformation.
Once you embody these tools, you'll be guided in using them professionally.
We all know that when stress can be reduced during pregnancy, birth, and early parenting, the outcomes are better for everyone.
I use these foundational tools daily for transforming the experience of the clients that I work with, both within my midwifery work and in private sessions.
Intuitive Learning
Connect with yourself and others
Learning these new skills deeply supports you. It's not just 'one more thing to offer'.
You'll be of service to yourself & others in a whole new way.
Deepen your capacity for presence, for intuition, and the clarity to know what's needed in your own life, and in your practice.
This clarity and ability to come back to centre has served me in every aspect of my life, and I'm excited to share this with you.
Connection
Creating community
Because of the way this program is set up, by the end of 6 weeks you'll have created deep connections:
... a tribe you can call to swap sessions, to process a difficult situation, to ask for help.
I can't tell you how valuable this has been in my life: having my own sisterhood, who are there for me as much as I'm there for them.
With similar skills and deeply understanding you and your work, you'll feel supported, held, seen, and understood.

"Tapping for Birth is such an amazing way to support the women I work with.
I love it"
Hi! I’m Lianne,
For almost 20 years I’ve been facilitating trauma-integration healing sessions for my clients as well as for midwives and doulas. In this work, it has become so clear to me that something needs to shift.
We can’t keep going the way we are. So many women are burnt out, stressed and anxious. If you work with pregnant, birthing or postpartum families, you know the impact of anxiety, stress and trauma, and how desperately help is needed. This is true for professionals and clients.
I’ve been a midwife for more than 20 years, in clinical practice as well as teaching midwives in a postgraduate university program for over 14 years. I also run retreats, programs and workshops for midwives and families, facilitating profound transformation and sharing practical skills and knowledge that make a difference.
I’m passionate about working with the people who are the gatekeepers & supporters at the beginning of life. We know how transformational the moments around birth are, and how much it impacts the woman, her baby, her family, and our world. And, how we are, who we are, in those moments, makes a difference…

"Lianne is bringing the light to birth, to the sisterhood, and women in the world. I wish there could be a Lianne in every city and every hospital!" - Ulyana Kora, Midwife

What if I can’t make the live sessions?
How long do I need to put aside for this program?
I want to join but I'm not a midwife, doula, or childbirth professional. Will I be welcomed?
I’m a newly qualified midwife or birthworker (or I’m a very experienced midwife or doula with decades under my belt). Is this for me?
What do I need in order to take part?
